This domaine bottling is drawn from a 0.4-hectare plot of 50-year-old vines in the lieu-dit of La Combe in Puligny-Montrachet, planted on silt, clay and limestone. Naturally fermented and raised with just 10% new oak, the quality here is nothing short of terrific—it tastes like a baby Puligny (as always). Just outstanding for the level.
