The single 0.63-hectare vineyard of Les Mazures is one of the very finest villages parcels in Chassagne, producing remarkably classy and textural Burgundies. There is rocky, limestone-rich soils and a southeast aspect, while the location is just under the 1er Cru Les Champs Gains (which goes some way to explaining the quality and breed on offer).
