Sliabh Liag Distillery Dark Silkie Irish Whiskey

46% ABV. Like the Legendary Silkie, the Dark Silkie is also a non chill-filtered triple distilled Irish Whiskey, but from there it diverges. It starts with a single malt matured in Sherry casks, with a 22ppm peat level. This is then blended with a double-distilled single malt matured in Bourbon barrels and high quality grain whiskey matured in virgin oak casks.
