This classic and delicious wine is drawn from a blend of chalky terroirs and crafted from low yields. It was raised in tank and now Goisot is also using some 600-litre demi-muids (circa 10%) to good effect. Goisot’s entry-level 2022 is alluring and complex as ever—taut and racy with fleshy vibrancy and a complex armoury of minerals, limpid texture and compact flavours. It's at least as good as any vintage we have shipped and, sorry to sound like a broken record, the value has to be tasted to be believed.
