The Selosse Rosé is a blend of two successive vintages of Avize Chardonnay grown on the slopes, with between five and 10% Ambonnay Pinot Noir Rouge from Francis Egly. It spends a minimum of five years on lees and has a dosage of between 2.4 and 5.5 grams per litre. It’s one of Selosse’s most striking wines, which counterpoints the texture and lees-aging of Chardonnay with the bright, red-fruited notes of the brilliant Egly Pinot Noir.
