The 2014 is just the second release of Larmandier’s newest ground-breaking wine, which stems from the team’s experience exploring the aging potential of their Rosé de Saignée. Here, part of the aforementioned was fermented and matured in barrel and on lees for 11 months, before it was blended with a parcel fermented and matured in Nomblot concrete. Following the secondary fermentation in bottle and another six years aging on cork, this new cuvée was disgorged in January 2021 with a dosage of three grams per litre. It’s another innovative and ambitious wine from this great grower and yet another incredible vin de terroir in their range.
